At Howth Home, each piece is made to measure. Crafted carefully for your space, your style, and the way you live. Working from a small independent studio in Howth, County Dublin, Ireland, every commission is approached with care, from concept through to completion.
Blending fine fabrics, natural fibres, and a modern eye for proportion, each piece is designed to sit effortlessly within your home — making it individual, enduring, and beautifully made.
What makes Howth Home unique? Each ottoman and headboard is built using natural fibres and traditional upholstery materials, leveraging a range of natural and more sustainable alternatives to contemporary upholstery elements like foam, polywadding and chemically-treated top fabrics.

Soft Furnishings
Bespoke cushions, bolsters, window seats and fabric covers are made to your exact size and specification, from statement focal pieces to subtle textural layers. Cushions are finished with 100% Irish duck feather & down inserts and refined detailing to ensure the perfect fit for your sofa, bed, arm chairs and more.

Made-to-measure, beautifully upholstered headboards that add depth, softness and presence to a bedroom, crafted to complement your space rather than dominate it. From simple shapes to ornate, using gorgeous contemporary fabrics.

Beautifully upholstered ottomans and footstools designed to balance form and function.
Whether as a centrepiece or a subtle complement, each piece is built to size and upholstered in durable yet refined fabrics.

How can I work with you?
Howth Home is a small studio, where each piece is designed and made with care. To give every project the attention it deserves, I take on only a handful of commissions each month.

How does the process work?
Engagement
We discuss your space, dimensions and overall design direction — ideally this is done in person at your home or I can offer virtual consultations for those residing outside of Dublin. If it's a good fit, we'll jump into design and fabric selection following a small design deposit.
Design & Specification
I guide you on proportions, finishes and fabric choices to ensure the piece sits beautifully in your home. Once you're happy with the fabric selection and the structural elements of your ottoman, headboard or soft furnishing, we'll move to build.
Build & Make
Your item is made to order with careful attention to structure, comfort and detail at my studio in Howth, County Dublin
Delivery
A finished piece designed not just to look beautiful, but to live well, will make it's way to your lovely home.
Do you offer any guidance on fabrics?
Absolutely. I'm more than happy to work with fabrics you have already selected or I can share recommended fabrics with you during the design process. I work with brands like Linwood, Lewis & Wood, Colefax & Fowler and many more fine fabric designers and producers.
Do you offer reupholstery?
Yes, on most items. Please email info@howthhome.com with pictures of the piece you need help with and we can go from there.
Do you deliver regionally and/or internationally?
Where possible, I will do my very best to deliver your finished item myself, however, if this is not feasible, I will provide a delivery quote as part of your initial estimate. Please note that I do not ship outside of the Republic of Ireland at this time.
What's the lead time for bespoke items?
Approximately 4-6 weeks depending on the availability of fabrics.
